How long does it take for my order to be shipped?
Orders placed before 23:00 will be shipped the same day. You will receive a track & trace code once your order has been shipped.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes, you can return unused items within 14 days.If you would like to exchange an item, please return it first and then place a new order.Make sure the item is always returned in its original condition and packaging.

Can I return my order for free?
Orders of €75 or more can be returned for free within the Netherlands.Within the rest of the EU, free returns apply to orders of €100 or more. For orders outside the EU, return shipping costs are entirely at your own expense.
