How long does it take for my order to be shipped?

Orders placed before 23:00 will be shipped the same day. You will receive a track & trace code once your order has been shipped.

When will my pre-order be shipped?

We aim to ship pre-orders within 1-4 weeks of ordering. You will receive a confirmation and a track & trace code once your order is on its way.

Please note: In some cases we already have the pre-order item in stock. You will receive a message about this after ordering. In this case, the order will be shipped the same day if ordered before 23:00.

What if the expected delivery date changes?

Sometimes delivery dates can shift due to production factors or logistic delays. We will keep you informed via email and do our best to ship your order as soon as possible.

Can I return my order for free?

Orders above €75 can be returned free of charge within the Netherlands and the EU. For orders outside the EU, the return costs are entirely at your own expense.
