We want you to be happy with your purchase. That's why we offer you the option to return your order. Please read our returns policy carefully below.
Return period & Conditions
You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receipt, provided it meets the following conditions:
- Unwashed, unworn and in original condition (including tags and packaging).
- The return shipment must be properly packaged to prevent damage during transport.
Please note: Items that do not meet these conditions cannot be accepted and will not be refunded.
How do I register a return?
- Register your return via our returns page.
- Pack the product well and add your order number.
- Send the package to the specified return address. You will receive this address after you register your return.
Returns & Refunds
Within the Netherlands & EU
- Returns are at your own expense, unless otherwise stated in a promotion.
- Free returns for orders over €75 within the Netherlands.
- Once we have received and inspected your return, you will receive your money back via the original payment method within 5 working days.
Outside Europe
- International returns costs (outside the EU) are entirely at your own expense.
- For returns from outside Europe, additional import duties or customs charges may apply. We do not reimburse these costs.
- Please allow for a longer processing time of 10-15 working days due to international shipping and customs clearance.
Important: Make sure you choose a traceable shipping method to ensure your package does not get lost. We are not responsible for lost returns.
What if my order is returned internationally?
- Within the EU: Is an order refused or not picked up at a collection point? Then it will automatically be returned to our warehouse. We will refund the purchase amount, but shipping costs will not be refunded.
- Outside the EU: For returns outside Europe, additional costs (e.g. customs fees) may be incurred. If a parcel reaches us with outstanding import duties, we have the right to deduct this amount from your refund.

Would you like a different size or colour? Then place a new order and return your original product according to the instructions above.
