We do our best to deliver your order to you as soon as possible. Below you will find all details about shipping times, pre-orders and delivery options.

Delivery times

Directly available products

• Orders placed on working days before 23:00 will be shipped the same day.
• Delivery takes place via PostNL or another parcel service.
• The Netherlands & Belgium: 1-3 working days
• Within Europe: 3-7 working days
• Outside Europe: 7-15 working days

Pre-orders (products that are not yet in stock)

• Pre-order items are usually shipped within 1-4 weeks after ordering.
• If we are unable to meet this delivery time, we will contact you as soon as possible.
• Please note: We already have some pre-order items in stock, so we can ship them immediately. In that case, you will automatically receive an email about this after your order.

Combination of pre-order and directly available products?

• As standard, we will only ship your order once all items are in stock.
• Do you want to receive the directly available products sooner? Then place two separate orders.

Shipping costs

Netherlands

• Free shipping on orders over €75
• Under €75: €4.95 - €6.95 shipping costs

Within Europe

• Shipping costs: €12.95
• Free shipping on orders over €150

Outside Europe

• Shipping costs: €19.95
• Please take into account any import duties and customs charges, these are for your own account.

Tracking your order

• As soon as your order or pre-order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
• Orders are delivered via PostNL or another parcel service.

Please note: Pre-order orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed and shipped.
